Power in Partnership is a collaborative program between Graves County Economic Development (GCED) and the Mayfield-Graves County Area Technology Center (ATC) that brings career professionals into the ATC to speak directly with students about their field. Participating professionals provide students with real-world insight into pay and benefits, career advancement and progression, post-secondary training requirements, and other key details that help them understand what a career in their pathway looks like.

The program is designed to connect ATC students with local employers and industry leaders, helping students visualize career opportunities available right in their own community while giving businesses a direct connection to the next generation of the local workforce.
