KY FAME's West Kentucky Chapter is a partnership of regional manufacturers whose purpose is to implement career pathway, apprenticeship-style educational programs that create a pipeline of highly skilled workers.
Students enroll in a dual program of classroom training and on-the-job paid experience. Upon completion, students earn the Advanced Manufacturing Technician (AMT) certification — a nationally recognized credential that demonstrates mastery of advanced manufacturing skills.
