DRA announces institute fellows

Delta Regional Authority (DRA) has named 33 community leaders from all eight DRA states as fellows of the 2022 Delta Leadership Institute (DLI) Executive Academy. DLI is an extensive, nine-month executive leadership program that brings together public, private, and nonprofit sector leaders from the Mississippi River Delta and Alabama Black Belt.

WKRECC donation supports economic development

West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (WKRECC) recently donated $15,000 to Graves County Economic Development (GCED) to support its mission to retain, expand and attract quality manufacturing, distribution, and service industries to Graves County.
The money is earmarked to support GCED’s recruiting and marketing efforts.
